What is Fertility Yoga?

Not all yoga is designed with the needs of the fertility journey in mind. Fertility Yoga is designed to be practiced safely during ovarian stimulation, with postures and pacing that respect the body’s changing physiology and avoid pressure on the ovaries.

Rooted in both clinical understanding and yogic tradition, these restorative practices invite a parasympathetic nervous system response, the state associated with circulation, oxygenation and the body’s natural capacity for repair, regulation, nourishment and ease.
