This space is for those who have begun the work of regulation and remembrance, often through The Fertility Yoga Sanctuary, and are now seeking connection, reflection, and live guidance.
Fertility Yoga group coaching utilizes the Somatic Anchoring for Fertility & Embodied Resilience (S.A.F.E.) method, a trauma aware, nervous system centered framework developed to support people navigating fertility-related stress.
Rather than focusing on outcomes, the method emphasizes capacity, the body’s ability to settle, listen, and respond with greater ease over time.
This 8 week container supports nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and embodied self trust for individuals navigating fertility treatments. Over the course of the 8 weeks you will learn to:

Create internal safety in the midst of uncertainty
A - Attune to the Lived Body
Rebuild trust and interoceptive awareness
F - Facilitate Stress - Hormone Communication
Understand how chronic stress impacts the body, without claiming correction or treatment

Mind Body support focuses on the connection between stress physiology, emotional experience and bodily awareness.
In this work, we explore how chronic stress, anticipation, and uncertainty are experienced in the body, and how practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and interoceptive awareness can support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
