The fertility journey can place the body and nervous system under prolonged stress, emotionally, hormonally and energetically. This series was created to gently support you through that experience, without forcing, fixing, or striving.

The Fertility Yoga Sanctuary is a 7 day restorative audio journey rooted in the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, somatic practices and nervous system informed care.

This work is meant to be experienced, not watched.

Audio allows you to practice with your eyes closed, your body supported and your attention turned inward, where regulation and restoration naturally occur.

Visual demonstrations are included in a pdf companion that is accompanied with the audio series, but the heart of this work lives in rhythm, pacing and presence, not performance.

You are invited to listen, rest and return again and again.

This is not a program to complete. It is a sanctuary to return to. It is a place where repeated experiences of safety help the nervous system settle and cultivate ease over time.

Each practice is designed to help calm chronic stress, support reproductive health and reconnect you with the steadiness that already lives within you.

These practices are slow, supportive and accessible through all phases of fertility, trying naturally, treatment cycles, waiting, grief or integration.

You are invited to move through the series in order, or return to any practice whenever your body asks. This is not a program to complete, it is a sanctuary you can revisit again and again.

Mind Body support focuses on the connection between stress physiology, emotional experience and bodily awareness.

In this work, we explore how chronic stress, anticipation, and uncertainty are experienced in the body, and how practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and interoceptive awareness can support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
