This work builds upon the foundation of The Fertility Yoga Sanctuary and incorporates the Fertility Yoga S.A.F.E method, allowing us to tailor practices and support to your specific experience, emotionally, physiologically, and energetically.

Private sessions are shaped around your nervous system, your lived experience and your current capacity.

Together, we explore how stress, anticipation, grief and uncertainty are held in your body and how to support yourself with steadiness and care.

Fertility Yoga S. A. F. E. Method

Fertility Yoga Private Support utilizes the Somatic Anchoring for Fertility & Embodied Resilience (S.A.F.E.) method, a trauma aware, nervous system centered framework developed to support people navigating fertility related stress.

Rather than focusing on outcomes, the method emphasizes capacity, the body’s ability to settle, listen, and respond with greater ease over time.

This 8 week container supports nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and embodied self trust for individuals navigating fertility treatments. Over the course of the 8 weeks you will learn to:

In this work, we explore how chronic stress, anticipation, and uncertainty are experienced in the body, and how practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and interoceptive awareness can support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
