Fertility Yoga Digitial Studio

Welcome.

You belong here.

This studio was created as a place to land, especially during a fertility journey that can feel uncertain, demanding, and emotionally tender.

Here, we slow things down.

Inside the Fertility Yoga Digital Studio

You will find practices that are nervous system informed, physiologically supportive and deeply respectful of the body’s innate intelligence.

But just as importantly, this space honors the unseen.
The wisdom that cannot be measured.
The remembering that happens when the body finally feels safe enough to exhale.

Not all yoga practices are created equally.

For this reason, classes inside the Fertility Yoga Digital Studio are designed to meet you where you are - physically, emotionally and hormonally, throughout your treatment and cycle phases.

This is not a studio built around performance or productivity.
It is a space for listening.

A space for reconnecting with your body not as a problem to solve, but as a wise system already working on your behalf.

You are invited to move slowly.
Rest often.
And return as many times as you need.

  • These classes are more physically demanding and include deep forward folds, twists and backbends.

These classes are best suited for phases of your cycle when your body is not undergoing ovarian stimulation. They are not recommended during stimulation or in the two weeks following retrieval, when the ovaries may still be enlarged and more sensitive to pressure.

  • Restorative postures supported with props and held for longer durations (3–10 minutes), combined with specialized breathwork practices.

These sessions help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s “rest, digest, and restore” state, which supports circulation, hormonal communication, emotional steadiness, and a sense of internal safety.

This is where many people begin.

  • Gentle sequences and supportive practices designed for periods of transition, waiting, healing, or heightened sensitivity.

These sessions honor the body after procedures, during hormonal shifts, or anytime you feel the need for steadiness over stimulation. They include restorative work, subtle movement and grounding practices that respect your body’s current capacity.

Practices are divided into three supportive pathways so you can choose what feels most aligned for your body today.
