Sessions are held virtually and are designed to build gently over time, allowing the nervous system to experience regulation not as a single moment, but as a developing capacity


Between sessions, you may receive simple, supportive practices ot integrate into your daily life.

It is to support you in remembering yourself beneath the layers of stress and adaptation.
