Mind Body support focuses on the connection between stress physiology, emotional experience and bodily awareness.
In this work, we explore how chronic stress, anticipation and uncertainty are experienced in the body, and how practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and interoceptive awareness can support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
What is Fertility Yoga?

Fertility Yoga is designed to be practiced safely during ovarian stimulation, with postures and pacing that respect the body’s changing physiology and avoid pressure on the ovaries.
Rooted in both clinical understanding and yogic tradition, these restorative practices invite a parasympathetic nervous system response, the state associated with circulation, oxygenation and the body’s natural capacity for repair, regulation, nourishment and ease. The practices of Fertility Yoga are gentle, deeply supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Rather than asking the body to push or perform, Fertility Yoga offers conditions of safety, softness and presence, allowing the body to do what it already knows how to do.
